Privacy Policy

More Herself is a coaching program operated by Etcetera Brands. This page says what we collect, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- What you type: your name, email and mobile number.
- Your answers to the Performance Assessment, the five scores calculated from them, and, if you apply, your answers to the private coaching application.
- How you arrived: the ad or link you clicked, the page you landed on, your IP address and browser type.
What we do with it
We show you your result, send you the information you asked for, and, if you apply, Kyle reads your assessment and application before your call. That is what it is for.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers or lead buyers.
Your information is stored with the service providers that run this site for us: Cloudflare (hosting and database) and HighLevel (contact records, email, text messages and scheduling). They process it on our instructions and may not use it for anything else.
Analytics and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure whether our advertising works. They are told only that a general step happened: a page was viewed, an assessment was started or completed, an application was submitted, a call was booked. We do not send them your assessment answers, your scores, your name, your email or your phone number.
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay, so that we can improve it. Clarity captures how you interact with the pages, including the buttons you click. What you type into the name, email and phone fields is masked. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies, and Microsoft may use it for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of these three tools load.
The assessment is a coaching tool
The Performance Assessment is not a medical or diagnostic tool, and we ask that you not enter medical records, diagnoses or medication details anywhere on this site.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or two years after your last contact with us, whichever comes first. Clients' records are kept for the length of the program and as long afterwards as tax and contract law requires.
Your rights
The Your Privacy Choices page has the short version of how to use these. You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you may withdraw your consent. Email support@moreherself.com from the address you gave us and we will do it within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Email and text messages
If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, we may email or text you about your result, your application and your call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help; use the unsubscribe link in any email. The full terms are on the Messaging Terms page.
We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Children
More Herself is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date above changes and we say what changed on this page.
