These terms cover this website and the More Herself Performance Assessment. If you enroll in private coaching, that relationship is governed by the separate coaching agreement you sign, and where the two differ the coaching agreement controls.
Coaching, not medical care
More Herself provides coaching and education about strength, nutrition, sleep, recovery and performance. It is not medical care. We do not diagnose or treat any condition, interpret lab results, or prescribe, recommend, start, stop or adjust any medication or hormone therapy. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk with a licensed healthcare provider about your health and before changing your exercise, nutrition or medications. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
The assessment
The Performance Assessment and its five scores are a coaching segmentation tool that we built. They are not clinical, validated or diagnostic scores, and they do not tell you whether you are in perimenopause or have any condition.
Enrollment, cancellation and refunds
Nothing is sold on this website. Enrollment, payment, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the coaching agreement you receive and sign before you pay anything. See Cancellation & Refunds.
No guarantee of results
Results from coaching vary and depend on many things, including your starting point, your health and how closely you follow the plan. We do not promise any particular result.
The strategy call
Submitting an application does not enroll you or oblige you to buy anything, and we may decline any application. The call is a conversation to decide whether the program fits.
Using this site
Give us accurate information, use the site only for yourself, and do not try to disrupt it, scrape it or submit it by automated means. The text, design and assessment on this site belong to Etcetera Brands and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Etcetera Brands is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the assessment. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
